Excellent! Spectacular! Stupendous!! 👏

Love the one who hates you and hate the one who loves you...these lines perfectly describe Vidushi and Parth.

Vidushi's attempts to make Parth jealous are always in vain. He just won't stop being a judgemental jerk. God!! Vidushi should not waste her time and energy on him.

I feel bad that Sahil gets used in all this. :( He doesn't deserve it.

Parth ke baare mein toh mujhe kuch bolna hi nahin hai. ^_^ It would be a waste of space.

Awesome work!! :D

I dunno shreya.
maybe.  But I'm not having any expectations from the writers and thus not on Parth.
I get disappointed every time

Title: Mirrors
Pairing: Randhir/Vidushi
Rating: T

(In which an angry, bitter Vidushi confronts an exhaused, frustrated Randhir)
(Post-Karan death, pre Friday episode)

"Baat kyun nahi karte sedhe sedhe?" her voice is crisp, frank, straight to the point.
He resents the level headed tone she has, that controlled look on her face.
He never thought he, Randhir Singh Shekhawat, would come to envy her, of all people.
But he does. He  envys her stable world.
His own is crumbling to pieces, he's carrying the weight of not just his own world, but the weight of a promise given to a dear one, and the responsibility of keeping someone sane when he feels anything but sane himself.
"Behre ho kya?" Vidushi raises a brow, her mouth twisted in a frown.
Clearly irritated by his lack of response.
He holds his tongue, thinking if he swallows his words she'll get bored and leave.
Find someone else to torment.
"Hello? Randhir?" Vidushi has no pity or concern in her eyes, only mind annoyance.
"Mujhe Tumse koi baat nahi karni he. Jao yahan se Vidushi. " the words fly out of his mouth harsher than he intended them to.
And he can see the hurt flash in her dark eyes.
But the next moment it is gone, replaced with a pissed off expression.
She looks like an injured animal, he knows how that feels.
Like a wolf attacking your insides.
Hurt and pain and anger eating at you all at once.
He's feeling the same, except with a side dose of loss.
Her nostrils flare, her eyes flash dangerously.
She's all rage and fury.
And he expects her to erupt.
"Fine. Mujhse maat bolo. But atleast talk to her. She really cares about you, you know." Vidushi bites her lip, as if debating her next words
Finally, she says it, the words he knows to be true.
"She loves you, despite everything that happened. And you are a fool if you can't see it. People like...welll not all people are lucky enough to have someone there who cares so much."
The words he's been dreading, avoiding ,supressing  and denying.
The bitterness and resentment is back in her voice.
Just like the blind fury is back in his throat.
"Get over Parth Vidushi. He's never going to love you like you love him." he spits, wanting her to hurt like he is doing, to face the truth.
And then, it's like all her anger has evaporated.
Her eyes are large and sorrowful.
"I know."
There's acceptance in it along with the strange mix of determination and fear.
"Why do you still try then?"
He needs to know. Why does she keep on doing this?
How can she carry this burden of knowing she's not loved and still not get destroyed by it?
"Because trying is better than giving up. Trying means you still have a fighting chance. And I am anything but a loser, even if I have lost everything I've ever had."
Her chin is raised, she's strong.
And yet as vulnerable as him.
"You can't be anyone's strength till you find your own. And Parth is my strength." she admits.
"You can be your own strength" Randhir cuts in, not wanting the conversation to lead back to Sanyukta again.
"I tried once. Look where it got me. Alone." her smile is forced.
He knows the implied meaning.
Don't make my mistakes, you have other options and another chance. I didn't. I don't.

Wow...

This was...even the best praises fail to describe it. Vidushi and Randhir's conversation was really really good. They are quite similar. They showed each other the mirror. Told each other bitter truths. And Vidushi's anger turning to sorrow when Randhir bitterly told her that she should move on from Parth was really sad.

She tried to make him realise that he has a chance because Sanyu still loves him. She isn't giving up on Parth even though he will never love her the way she loves him. And it's breaking her. But she isn't giving up.

Randhir is so lucky compared to her. I hope he understands what Vidushi is trying to explain to him.

I like Vidhir. :) This was enchanting. Beautifully written!! 👏

I feel really Bad for Sahil too. May he soon find some nice girl who will give him the love he deserves.
As for Vidushi. She needs to start dating someone again. Someone who is not Parth.
It will be a nice break for all of us

I started Shipping Vidhir again. Yesh. You can see it.
I feel both are being utterly stupid.
Vidushi should show Parth the finger and live like a boss.
Randhir should tell Sanyukta what mess he is into.
Dang man.
I want a Vidhir moment soon!

Title: Miss, Missing you
Pairing: Sanyukta/Vidushi (platonic)
            Sanyukta/Randhir,
            Implied Parth/Vidushi
Rating: T
(In which Sanyukta allows herself a human moment and contemplates her life, Vidushi and Randhir.)

Sanyukta muffles a sigh and turns the other way.
Vidushi has been tossing and turning for the past hour, and it is not helping Sanyukta get any rest.

Oh god Vidushi, Just talk to Parth!

She has known Vidushi for almost four years know.
And if Sanyukta is the day then Vidushi is the complete opposite
She's the night, brooding, creeping, hiding in the corner.
Sanyukta is the one basking in both the glory and the sun.
Vidushi has seen cloudfilled days and moonless nights.
Sanyukta has seen the same things but as rain splecked evenings and starry skies.
They are different people and have different perspectives, yet both have doomed themselves one way or another, both made their fates and their life has made them who they are.
Vidushi is the lone wolf, howling at the moon that she can't reach.
Sanyukta is the lion cub fighting for survival in a big bad world.
Vidushi stands alone. No responsibilities bury her expect the ones she chooses.
Sanyukta bears the weight of her own world as well as her mothers.
Vidushi should be happy. She can make her choices.
But she insists on making the wrong ones.
Vidushi is all impulses. All act and no introspection.
But she should be happy. Enjoy her freedom.
Instead Vidushi shackles herself to a hopeless cause and becomes like a moon revolving around a planet.
Her life revolves around Parth and one word from him can make or break her.
Sanyukta knows how this feels, she has felt it.
Everytime she pushes Randhir away, she watches him crumble to pieces.
And now that Randhir is pushing her away she knows how horrid it is, and she knows now why Vidushi has spent so many nights tossing and turning in her bed.
Because it is the emptiness inside, the feeling of missing something, someone.
She is missing Randhir.
She is missing the Midnight  Maggi meals, the hugs, the feeling of his hands in her hair, his smile.
And now, she almost sympahizes with Vidushi.
She can almost ignore the other girl's muffled sobs.
Almost.
