Salman Khan /LINK> so enjoyed shooting a song for LINK>Bajrangi Bhaijaan /LINK>' that he danced non-stop for five minutes without caring for the camera or the director's call.

During the shoot of the Selfie Le Le Re' song which has become somewhat of a rage among Bhai's fans, Salman Khan gave into to spontaneity.

Choreographer LINK>Remo D'Souza /LINK> is quoted as saying in a report, "The urge to dance to that song came very naturally to Salman, since there were dozens of kids, all dressed as Hanuman bhakts dancing with him...In one of the antaras of the song, what Salman has done is unbelievable."

Remo added, "He just danced, forgetting the camera, without a break. He remembered every single step for the entire stanza, which we filmed in one continuous shot."

Salman Khan's spontaneous energy does come through in the song.

It's the introductory song of Salman character Pavan, who is shown as a Hanuman bhakt.

The expectations from Salman Khan-starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan are sky-high. Fans are eagerly waiting for the film that also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan. This is the third time that Salman and Kareena have been paired up together. The actor has booked Eid for his big release. This time around Salman Khan has got a unique character in the plot. The character seems to be inspired by the Hindu deity, Hanumanji. Salman Khan's character is called Bajrangi and he seems to be a huge follower of Hanumanji. The 'Selfie Le Le Re' song also features actors dressed as the Hindu god, Hanumanji. A huge idol of the deity also features in the song. Apart from that, Salman Khan's character also wears a pendant in the shape of Hanuman ji's weapon, mace.

For Bajrangi Bhaijaan, the musician has composed a special number 'Selfie le le re' which will be Salman Khan's introductory song in the movie. According to a Bombay Times report, the song is choreographed by Remo D'Souza and stars 600 dancers. Another interesting song in the movie will be the 'Chicken Song', which has been composed by Pritam. According to a PTI report, Bajrangi Bhaijaan will also have a qawwali number which will feature Kareena Kapoor Khan and has been shot at a famous shrine in Ashmuqam area of south Kashmir's Anantnag district.

Kashmir
The film is set against the backdrop of Kashmir. The team of Bajrangi Bhaijaan has shot extensively in Kashmir. According to a PTI report, about 30 per cent of the movie was shot in the picturesque locations of Pahalgam and Sonamarg in Kashmir. All praise for the beauty of Kashmir, Salman had posted on Twitter, "KASHMIR bahut AMEER in natural beauty... Maashallah Maashallah [sic]" This film will have Kashmir play a vital role, which has not been explored much in Salman Khan's earlier movies.

India-Pakistan angle
From the first look of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, the story seems to be set in India and traces the lead actor's journey to Pakistan. The trailer starts off with the last thread of transportation being cut off between India and Pakistan. In the past, a similar India-Pakistan reference was used in Salman's film, Ek Tha Tiger.


Promotions

The makers are putting in a lot of creative efforts to promote Bajrangi Bhaijaan. While fans were waiting eagerly for the trailer, it was launched in a mega manner at a multiplex theatre for the first time, as Salman Khan usually releases the trailers at single-screen theatres. The makers also promoted a unique contest asking everyone to take a selfie, the best ones of which would feature in the 'Selfie' song of Bajrangi Bhaijaan. As the movie gears up for a release in July, more promotional strategies are expected to unfold.
