Yes he is. In part 1, it's just Pragya attempting to catch a transport. While walking, she gets a phone call. The only thing I heard was her say was something along the lines of, "you don't do anything. I'm coming... in half hour (I think)..".

Part 2, we see Abhi become her parchai. He's hiding behind a flower stall. When it seems like Pragya's gonna see him, he convinces a guy to lean on his car, so Pragya doesn't suspect anything. That guy is leaning on the car and staring at Pragya, so Pragya becomes cautious and walks away from there fast. Then Abhi comes out of hiding, gives money to the leaning guy. He's looking around for Pragya and a security guard from behind him is like, "Hey Hero. This is not a parking area. Move the car." And Abhi gets into the car. I didn't listen to the interview, though. Do you want that as well?
