Actually me re-watched! He was already holding her at the neck, then he circles his left hand around her waist and squeezes. After he says, "Tum jhoot bol rahi ho..." and she says, "Koi farak nahi padta," this was right at that time when she's actually trying to move back and he just squeezes more and pulls her towards him.
