It wasn't a case of simple accident and shouldn't be compared to other cases just because drunk driving and  Salman had a policeman advising him not to drive repeatedly.So he was aware of consequences of his actions moments before he ran over people.

Losers. Prosecution didn't even record Ashok's statements when he said he was the one driving the car. Like are you f**king kidding me? This makes it all look intentional. I mean why on then earth would you not record his statement? This is beyond belief. It looks intentional.
