Exactly. I am never driving in India, but then I don't live there. So I don't need to either. Nor am I am going to Indonesia for their death penalty for drugs. Anyone can just put drugs in the bags as seem from the recent news, and I will just get in trouble.

if bail is given, for how long will it be? And if he is send to jail then how long before he can challenge the verdict of session court?

and how come, is he not required to go to court?
