It was special session court verdict, it was not accident, maar pitayi case, Baba was declared terrorist under TADA court, then he got the relief that court had removed the terrorist and traitor tag from him ...but found him guilty as part of the conspiracy which caused 350 fatalities and 1200 injuries...
