He does have a brain ailment called Trigeminal neuralgia...but i dont think it's something he can't go to jail because of. No idea about the heart ailment.

it's sad that his charity has lost it's all dignity too now after being brought up in all this.

Not sure if you are joking or not. But if he does have a serious condition he should be treated accordingly. Of course only after proper proof and check-ups and what not.
