No she didn't say that.

She stated she will finish Jagga Jasoos in July and start Nitya's film in August.

Katrina's part for Fitoor should be wrapped up by the end of this month because Jagga Jasoos is starting.

Yeah Niharika is quiet overrated but the film is almost completed so she has Styled Aditya and the supporting cast for majority of the scenes.

I think Lakshmi and Shahleena replaced her.

Sukriti Grover? She was the costume designer of I, Me, aur Main. Err.. Didn't see anything special in her styling.

She did Rock On and KPC with Abhishek and talked very highly about him. Surprising.
