Piku had limited release single screen in the first place
for a small movie which started only with 5.32cr on Friday and reached a total of 29+ just 4 days - is amazing indeed

Irfan Khan is Salman Khan for Critics, review / rating excellent aani hi aani hai aankh band karke. If this movie would have starred someone else other than Irfan, it would have less success.

All I'm saying is the content has to be good to pick up in the 1st place
There were many movies which was promoted in vigorous way by critics but they failed to pick up and maintain the hype because of the disconnect with audience.
And if public has to go to the movie based on Critics word then the footfall would have been much larger on Friday itself because the screening and critic review happened on a day or two earlier if I'm not wrong
