Ananya goes on her mission to unearth the truth behind Kabir's strange approach towards the harassment case. She reaches the hospital and looks out for Shivani, Neha Kapoor's best friend, tells her that she was doing a story on safety of women at work places and was here to collect some information. Taking that excuse she requests for some information on Neha Kapoor.
Ananya gets to know from Shivani that Neha was a very ambitious girl, a go getter of sorts who would go to any length to get what she wanted. An average student in college she did pretty well for herself. Shivani went on to say that she could not believe something of this sort would happen to Neha as she was Dr.Kapoor the hospital Admin in-charge's daughter.
Ananya was surprised to note that this aspect was never mentioned in any of the news updates. Dr. Kapoor has not issued any statement as yet said Shivani, leaving Ananya alarmed...Shivani leaves for her classes.
Ananya is left perplexed. She wonders why this aspect was never brought to the forefront. She was still at the hospital when Shivani completes her classes and returns. Ananya requests Shivani for some more information on Neha and her father. They both walk across to her classes. Shivani goes on to say that she did not feel Neha got any special treatment at college or any specific advantage of being Dr. Kapoor's daughter. They did not have any interactions with Dr.Kapoor so she had no further information said Shivani to Ananya. Ananya enquires about Dr. Sinha, to which Shivani responds that he was a very good teacher and very strict. So children had very little interaction with him.
Ananya wanted to know where Dr. Kapoor and Dr.Sinha's offices were. Shivani tells her that Dr. Sinha has not come to hospital for 2 days as the student union was not allowing him into the campus. She thanks Shivani and goes looking for Dr. Kapoor's office.
Ananya waits to get some more information and mumbles to herself...of how confusing the whole case was...Neha was a simple straight forward girl, and Dr, Sinha was a gentleman ...She decides to call and speak to Kabir. As she dials his number she realizes that the phone was ringing in the hospital. Kabir Sharma in disguise of a Doctor walks up to a male nurse and tries to make small talk. He introduces himself as Dr.Ramprasad Pandey from Banaras, tells the nurse (Mishraji) that this was his first day at the hospital and he did not know anything about the place. He was happy to find someone from the same village and invites Mishraji for a coffee. Mishraji agrees to have coffee and also offers to share all gossips about the hospital.
Mishraji shows around Dr. Ramprasad Pandey Alias Kabir Sharma the various hospital wings and mentions that Dr. Sinha issue happened in the same hospital. At the end of their tour they find Dr. Kapoor in the corridors. Mishraji goes on to inform that Dr Kapoor was the Doctor In charge of the hospital. Kabir goes on his jest mode with Mishraji, who cannot help stop laughing. Finally Kabir asks for Dr. Sinha's cabin where the whole issue happened.
Ananya is seen going up a flight of stairs. Kabir and Mishraji follow. Both going up to Dr.Sinha's room. They find Ananya Kashyap in the corridor asking for Dr. Sinha. Dr, Sinha is out of this hospital says Dr. Ramprasad Pandey alias Kabir Sharma. Ananya does not fail to recognize him and asks what he was doing in the hospital. As they were talking a hospital staff member apparently the Admin assistant, questions Kabir who he was and what he was doing there. Kabir introduces himself as Dr.Pandey, Head of Nephrology department and wanted to know why the cabin door was locked, leaving the Admin Assistant confused. Kabir insisted that the cabin door be opened pointing to a his name plate on the door leaving the Admin Assistant with no option but to open the door. Kabir and Ananya enter Dr. Sinha's cabin and Kabir informs the assistant that he would like to go on rounds at 9. Admin Assistant leaves and Kabir closes and locks the door.
As he turns he bumps into Ms. Ananya Kashyap and for a moment both of them felt the tremors I guess.😃 Aint it too early ??? 😉
Kabir quickly moves on asking her to check some files. Ananya is surely rattled manages to stammer...informs Kabir that Dr. Kapoor the admin in charge of the hospital was Neha's father. They get into looking for more clues and move to open a cupboard both reaching out to the handle at the same time. Kabir hand on Ananya's guess brought the second tremor in the 30 minutes.
Kabir moves away under the pretext of searching else where and digs into some files. Ananya keeps looking at Kabir ...still rattled after the tremors. Meanwhile the Admin assistant decides to check on the new doctor and tries to call up AIC's secretary and get to know that there was no new appointment. He curses himself and rushes to the cabin sure that he would lose his job if hospital authorities realize the slip.

The suspense begins. 🥳..Kabir and Ananya looking at some files, identifying forms on the other hand the Admin assistant running up to Dr. Sinha's cabin along with the security guard. The guard and Admin assistant hurrying to the cabin and Kabir and Ananya still digging through files. Ananya asks what was wrong in meeting up with Harvinder Singh (someone connected with the case). Kabir tells her Harvinder Singh is dead. Meanwhile the duo reach the cabin only to find Ananya still sitting there complaining that Dr. Pandey made her wait and has been missing. Kabir is seen walking out of the cabin and dialing a number. He calls Dr.Sinha and wants to know why the doctor was being a mute spectator of the entire drama. Dr. Sinha tells Kabir that he was actually paranoid, he had in the past lost a child which ended up in a divorce. After years he married again and is a father now. He and his wife were finding it tough to explain things to his daughter. Dr. Sinha said he would not want his daughter or family to be pulled into the muck.
Kabir assures Dr. Sinha that he would go all out to clear his name.

Kabir goes up to the mortuary, wakes up the sleeping guard and asks him to open the door. He goes in and goes around searching for someone. Meanwhile another guard comes over finds the mortuary door open and locks it and leaves.

Concluding Note : Whats the difference between a Sin and an Offence ? When you go against religions norms it's a sin and when you go against legal procedures and rules it's a crime or offence. But if human lives are put to stake, sacrificed and destroyed for monetary gains what would you call this a Sin or an Offence or Both ? asks Kabir Sharma to his viewers.

Precap : Khalid and Malvika are worried unable to reach Kabir. Ananya calls up and checks with Ronny who tells her that Kabir is away since morning. Ananya is worried about Kabir.
