In coming episodes DD will come face to face with a man named Shankar in an accident caused by her and he turns out to be none other than her husband. Initially shocked she will then realize that the man has no recollection of who he is and has lost his memory.
Following this DD will bring the man to her house and will decide to help him because he was injured because of her. There will soon be a party sequence in the show which will be thrown by DD with regard to the reopening of her Jewellery Business.
During the party DD's mother will get the biggest shock of her life when she sees the man who left her daughter and grand-daughter along years back. In an shocking twist Roshni will overhear the conversation between her mom and grandma and will be shocked about knowing her father being alive and hurt that her mother hid about it all these years.
She goes to express her anger when her grandma steps in and tells the truth that her father had left them and that DD hid the truth so that Roshini's heart wouldn't break knowing that her father left her when she was small.
