Need help

All my email notifications r going into d spam folder of my gmail account, becoz of which I'm not being notified of d topic replies. Can anybody show me a way, by which I can receive d notifications in d primary folder of my gmail account again ??

GO TO SPAM FOLDER ,MARK YOUR POST WHICH YOU WANT INBOX N CLICK NOT A SPAM ICON THEN SEE

I didn't get what to do after marking d mails...I mean what should I click that all d new mails that I receive, go to d primary folder instead of spam.
