Kabir and Nisha had just returned home from GH after an exhausting day... Emotionally and physically.
They had just exposed Sumit and his plans, saved GF. Kabor had just came out shining and blemish less thanks to Nisha's support and efforts. They had just faced evryone ones sorry and apologies. Kabir being him, never keeps any grudges anyways. They just came back home and collapsed. Kabir on the bed and Nisha on the couch. Suddenly, they both were filled with blank... Now what?? Nisha knew that she loved Kabir and wants to spend her whole life with him. But she doesnot want to be a burden. Kabir knew that Nisha loves him... Somewhere Nisha was also special for him. Part of him but love ... Nah...may be ...nah...he is too young. Moreover what about his dream?? What if this relationship turns out to be another fickle one. He cares for Nisha and doesn't want to be the reason of her heart break. Especially when he was on the mission to make her realize to move on in life. But Nisha is special. Can he spend his entire life with her??? She is lovely but too feisty. She is soft but too aggressive. She is tender but too headstrong...?? What about his dream?? He has to live his life... What about his mom. Who spent her entire life taking care of him. And he didn't even tell her about his life changing decision??
He knows that perhaps he can convince his mom. She will understand it. She always has. But is he ready to settle down??? Commit?? Nah...
He needs to go. Away just for a little bit to just clear his mind.
He goes out pf his bedroom to find Nisha sleeping on the couch. All huddled up with half of her hanging out. He picked her to take her back to the bedroom. Only that she felt like a dream in his arm. He just could not look away. He walked back to their room put her down only to find that she had clutched his T-shirt hard. Her other arm behind his neck and her hair softly grazing his face. Her perfume entice sting him. He could not resist his urge to remain like that. For the time to go still. He thought that he will go outside just after a while. Let him enjoy this present moment of absolute peace and bliss. He didn't know when he also dozed off just like that.
Later he vaguely had a feeling of a soft hand caressing his chest. It felt heavenly. Then he felt a kiss on his cheek and warm breath on his face. It was absolutely heavenly. At home. Like he had never been before. He thought he could spent his entire life like that.
Back to Nisha... She found herself sleeping in Kabir's arms. She could give her entire life to remain the way she was in now. She involuntarily wanted to feel him and found her hand snaking in his t shirt... Just to feel his heart... She was lying to herself. She wanted to be closer to him. All she could do was to kiss him on the cheek before he wakes up. She wanted to feel his soft lips too but she had never been like that so it was a shock what her mind was asking her to do. She just tried to pull away. Only to find herself being dream back by Kabir who was awake now.
Both knew what each other wanted and what they both wanted but we're very hesitant. All they could do was to kiss.
Just then Nisha's phone rang. It was sSaurabh telling Nisha that Viraj is as in hospital. Alone. He needed help. Kabir urged nisha to rush. They both went to the hospital only to find that Viraj needed a marrow transplant/donor. His paralytic attack had relapsed. Nisha only knew of priyanka and buaji. Both of them were away. Priyanka in London and buaji had fled after getting bail from the prison. Kabir suggested that they should try to find out more about Viraj. May be from his home. Kabir had been bothered too too much as to why DAdji had said "bhai" pointing to his brother's pic and how come he knew about that boy being Kabir's brother. How come dadjji knew anything about Kabir?
All three went to viraj's home after the hospital and were looking for clues. Saurav noticed the picture of the boy I the frame while Kabir noticed the bracelet of viraj's mother. Kabir said that his mother also had a bracelet just like that which she sold to get pay the rent for them. But saurah called all of them to look at the picture. They were all flabbergasted.
Kabir really wanted to know how come his brother's picture was at viraj's home? Now he really wanted Viraj to get well soon so that he could ask him. In the mean while hospital called to ask for their blood and tissue samples to see if anyone's marrow could be donated.
As it would have been Kabir's matched and the operation was performed to save Viraj. Which went successful.
After Viraj recovered, he revealed the secret of the boy in the picture to be himself. The two brothers were standing infront of each other. Now only their mother could reveal the secret. Now the mother had to come.
