yeah 41 leaves per year ..it can added to next year if an employee dun use all 41. if it exceeds by 60 after 2nd year then employee gets 1 month salary free.

thats alot actually 😆 41 holidays plus 2 days weekends .. what else an employee want ?😆

Like mine, we are not allowed to carry forward our leave unless we have something important and need to submit the relevant papers to get approval for that. 

so they are more formal than us.

few days back i took 1 leave ..i just informed my TL and the leave was granted.

Yup . even Managers and seniors are very good. they are arranging Training sessions for us so that we can gain technical knowledge as much as we can.

Since its your first job, gain all the knowledge and later move on for better opportunity and better pay.
