Sudha prays for Vettaiyan to remarry soon. Meenakshi sees Sudha in the temple and gets scared.. But Sudha smiles and asks how she is. Meenakshi says she feels sad to come to Sudha's house since she refused the other day - and says sorry to Sdha. But Sudha says she should apologise to Meenakshi for forcing her to marry Vettaiyan - and says it is really difficult to go through that - but Meenakshi did that for her happiness and proved that she is a paasakari. Meenakshi hugs Sudha.
Meenakshi tells Sudha that Vettaiyan's behaviour is not right .. Sudha ignores that and asks whether Saro posted another letter. Meenakshi is stunned and tries to talk about Vettaiyan. But Sudha loses her patience and says she was the one who asked him to become the old Vettaiyan and be happy. Meenakshi is shocked. Sudha is keen to talk about Saravanan Meenakshi marrying soon. Meenakshi is at a loss of words.
Vettaiyan comes home drunk with Douglas assisting him. Sudha is concerned then laughs at Vettaiyan's funny answers and poses. She tells him that she asked him to be the old Vettaiyan but not to drink like this to be happy. Vettaiyan says OK.
Meenakshi tells what happened with Sudha to Myna and says she wonders which mother would do this. Myna talks lovingly about her Perumal 🤣🤣 and gets mad with Meenakshi for being too concerned with Vettaiyan. She asks Meenakshi if she loves Saravanan or Vettaiyan so she can adjust her feelings for Vettaiyan. Meenakshi says no doubt, she loves Saravanan! Myna is so happy and whistles. She starts dreaming a song sequence for her and Vettaiyan. 😆 Meenakshi is disgusted and leaves. Myna dreams.
