Can anyone guess whether Ritika will deliver normally or by C-Section?

uski pet ke saath chipka gaye ho...toh operation karke hi pillows ko pet se alag

punishment for Ritika (sorry for the still-born/dead baby)

Earlier she was luking like 18 month pregnant. But now looks like 6 months😲 ... so they hv already started removing pillows / footballs...
