Whtever Ishani has said about RV in front of Shikhar, its quite natural for him to understand that Ishani does not want to stay with RV so he must be presuming that Ishani is RV's Ex-wife..RV has told it to entire world that Ritika is his wife.. isn't it

 

 

One more thing..when Shikhar had saved Ishani from suicide Ishani has told him that the person she loved has married someone else

 

So there is every possibility that Shikhar is thinking that Ishani wanted to marry Chirag but he refused  to marry her and married someone else..and that's what he felt after what all Ishani told to RV in hospital

 

Shikhar is thinking that Ishani hates RV as marriage with him was imposed on her

So shikar very well know that ranveer didn't marry ritika coz he still loves his wife i.e ishani

When shikar spoke to ranveer abt him marrying ritika je clearly explained abt his love towards ishani

So shikar knows that RV didn't marry ritika
