Chapter Two -
Ragini - kitna sukoon haina yaha. Koi fikar koi pareshani nai.
Nachiket - haan itna sukoon pure 15 saal baad mujhe mila hai. ek sawaal puchu ?
Ragini was Looking at the sky..
She turned towards him.. looked inti his eyes and said
Ragini - haan pucho !!
Nachiket - Tum nae inn 15 saal mera bina kya kia Ragini ?
She was upset. All of sudden her bubbly face had that deep sadness popping out..
He apologised to her saying that he just asked.
She looked at him and said
Ragini - Bass kaam pe dhyaan deti thi. Tumhari bohot yaad bhi aati thi.. Aadat jo bann gaye the meri. Aisi aadat jo 15 saalo mai kabhi nai chuti. Ek bhi aise din nai tha jab maine tumhe yaad nai kia. Tumhare har bday par pooja karti thi aur fast bhi rakhti thi. Har chiz meri tumpe he shuru aur khatam hoti thi. Meri nafrat mera pyaar sab. Jab jab sochti thi tumhe yaad nai karungi tab tab nishii samne aa jaati thi. Bilkul tumpe he gayi hai na.. Waise bolna, meri care karna, gussa uska sab.. tumhari he carboncopy hai woh. Kabhi tumhe bhulne he nai diya baccho ne. Yaa shayad mai kabhi bhulna he nai chahti thi.
Nachiket felt bad. He was guilty about watever he did to her. Yes they had some MUs btwn them but he left her alone in india and she took care of 2 kids and her family. He was unhappy of what he did to her and what he made her. She was never strict with kids but being a single parent she did that too.
He said
Nachiket - bohot dukh diya haina maine tumhe ??
Ragini - Maine bhi toh diya hai. Waise bhi nachiket, "Jinke naam se hamara dil dhadkta hai, sirf wohi usse tarpaane ka hakk rakhte hai".
Nachiket - Haan "Dard to apne he dete hai, gairo ko kya pata takleef kis chiz se hoti hai" M sorry Ra...
Ragini - Plz yeh sab bhul jaye nachiket.. aaj tumhara bday hai aur mai aur bacche itne exicted the soo plz iss exictement to dull phase mai mat badlo.. utho abhi toh bday shuru hui haina ...
Nachiket - abhi shuru hui matlab... abhi aur bhi kuch hai ??
Ragini - Bohoot kuch hai .chaloo
She stood up gave her hand to nachiket and with a big smile she said "uthoo bday boy"... he held her hand and went inside...
Kids were waiting for them.. Everyone was busy with their mobile phones.
They stepped inside and still kids were busy with mobile.
Ragini - Baccho... aise sab sad kyu baithe ho ?
Nachiket - haan mere birthday ka itna dukh.
Kids - Kya kare phir. Bore ho raha hai.
Nachiket - Y to fear when papa is here.. he said with a big smile. Ragini batao kya karna hai.
All kids were waiting for ragini to reply.
Ragini - Lets play pass n parcel.
Rules sabko pata haina. Jispe song rukega woh ek task karega.
Suhani - Jo task mila woh karna parega? No backking off ?
Ragini - Haan beta jo bola jaye woh karna parega. Mana nai kar sakta koi bhi.
All kids were damn exicted. To play games with Neira was something they never thought will happen.
Kids - *Involving ranvir* said yes.
Nishi - Par Maa gana kaun play karega ?
Ragini - Ramesh kaka karnege.
Ramesh kaka was the care taker of that house. He too was exicted.
The game started and nachiket was happy that she planned so much for him. To make him happy. He knew nothing in this world could compare to this gesture. He waz loving every moment now.
The song turned off and the ball was in Aarav's hand. He was asked to play guitar and he did that.
Again the next turn was suhani's. She was asked to describe the most memorable day of her life.
Suhani - Sabse special day tha jab Mom ne mujhe accept kia and hug kiya. Mai bata bhi nai sakti ki mujhe kaise feel hua. Aise laga ek he pal meri duniya khoobsurat hogyi. Aur kuch chahiye he nai bhagwan se mujhe, sirf mere mom-dad aur bhai behen ka saath.
Ragini went took emotional and hugged her tightly.
Next was none other then Nachiket.. You know how kids are. They already planned what task they would give them.
They said
Nishi and Suhani - Dad aap mom ko propose karo abhi yaha.
Ragini turned red and even nachiket. They said no but according to the rule saying no was not allowed. Yess they wanted to go through the same memory lane but in front of kids it was akward for them.
Kids forced them and they finally said okay.
Agam - Aur ring bhi pehnana. Pura task complete hona chahiye. Aur acche se bolna
Nishii - Haan acche se. Wordings k saath. Papaa dil se bolna okky.!!
Nachiket removed a ring from his little finger and went to ragini
Nachiket - Ragini kyaa tum Mrs. Ragini khanna banna pasand karogi ? Kya tum mere tantrums jhelna pasand karogi ? Kya tum mere zindagi k har kadam pe mere saath chalogi ? Pleaseee chalo na. Plzz haan bol do na. (With such innocence he said those words)
Ragini fell in love with him all over again. She was lost in thoughts. She forgot it was a task and kids wre around she said
Ragini - Yess.. Mr. Nachiket khanna. (With her red face and that smile).
All kids clapped at it. It was soo romantic. Den both of them bounced back to reality. He yes mr. Nachiket khanna actually got engaged to her
