Not a single film produced/distributed by them has been a proper success. Latest one is Bombay Velvet. The last film which was somewhat successful was MNIK.

Btw, the name of the movie is Kapoor and Sons since 1921. What makes me think this is a shop/company... Could be a coffee plantation that processes coffee beans..
