First of all FK signing YRF films is untrue as they already denied it. Some people are saying she was there for a film with Ranveer.

Sonam is going to have short hair in both the films so it might work for both movies . If FK comes with some top female actor then might sign YRF. And Shahrukh Khan ,s space FK can fill in  sometime . FK is no fool but is seems to be caurious about signing the projects . He is tortise

Some people are getting J ? ðŸ˜‰ðŸ˜†

Dubai Fiesta
By Newsline Admin 7 MAY 2015 NO COMMENT

"Zarra smile to karein, Adnan," requested one of the age-defying aunties' lined up for a selfie with the dashing Adnan Siddiqui. This, at the Dubai World Trade Centre - the venue of the 3rd Hum TV Awards this year.

Pakistanis had turned up in droves, leading humorist Anwar Maqsood to remark, "Yeh Dubai ka immigration counter lag raha hai."

Some were parked in the square outside, hoping to catch a glimpse of the line-up of stars that were arriving for the ceremony or, if they got lucky, manage a selfie with Zindagi Gulzar Hai's Kashaf (Sanam Saeed), Humsafar's Khirad (Mahira Khan) or Digest Writer's Rashke Hina (Saba Qamar).

The creme d la creme of Pakistan's entertainment industry was in attendance for what was truly a moment of pride and pleasure for Pakistani expats in Dubai.

"After all the bad news emanating from Pakistan, finally something positive makes its way to Dubai," remarked one of the guests excitedly.

Inside, the red carpet sizzled with TV's hotshot heroines, Sanam Saeed, Ayesha Khan and Mahira Khan; the sensational new kids on the block, Hareem Farooq, Urwa and Mawra Hocane, Adnan Malik and Hamza Abbasi; singers turned actors, Farhan Saeed and Junaid Khan; TV's golden girls' Samina Peerzada, Sakina Samoon, Rubina Ashraf, Atiqah Odho and Bushra Ansari and its incurable romantics, Adnan Siddiqui and Humayun Saeed. Also present were style merchants HSY, Deepak Perwani and Nabila, and models, Shahzad Noor and Cybil Chaudhary.

Newsline's vote for best dressed went to the statuesque Sanam Saeed and the gorgeous Ayesha Khan - both looked stunning in Shehla Chatoor outfits.

The evening got off to a spectacular start, with a burst of fireworks and a riveting dance performance by the Rio Mardi Gras dancers which set the dance floor on fire - and in motion.

It was pleasantly surprising to see so many TV actors turn dancers for the night. Saba Qamar teamed up with Ahsan Khan to dance to a medley of popular tracks. Syra Yousuf and Shehroze Sabzwari, the engaging husband-wife pair performed to Indian item numbers, as did Feroze Khan who danced with Sajal Ali. And then there was the delectable temptress, Mahwish Hayat, who gyrated seductively to her own item number Billi' from Na Maloom Afraad.

In a show of camaraderie, Hum TV celebrated the success of Na Maloom Afraad, the Pakistani film that has sent the cash registers ringing at the country's box office - Rs 14 crores, according to one estimate - by inviting the entire cast on stage. The good-looking trailer of Hum TV's first feature filmBin Roye, starring Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed, which is set for an Eid release, was also screened at the ceremony.

Honoured at the event were the legendary Abida Parveen, for excellence in music (she got a standing ovation as she rendered a few lines from Amir Khusrau at Hum CEO Duraid Qureshi's request); Samina Peerzada for excellence in television (she dedicated her award to her technicians, colleagues, fans and, a "very supportive" husband, Peeru); and finally, Anwar Maqsood, who was his usual ebullient self as he narrated the incident of a man who tapped him on the shoulder when he was in the middle of performing Umrah, and asked him if he had Atiqah Odho's mobile number.

Incidentally, Anwar, whose recent stage play Dharna ran to packed houses in the UAE, was a hot favourite of the selfie-seekers. But if there was one person they would have given an arm and a leg to be photographed with, it was the khoobsurat' heart throb, Fawad Khan. But the mighty Khan wasn't buying. He was his usual reserved (and yes, arrogant) self. He walked in with wife Sadaf, accepted his award for global icon of the year' and left within the hour. And when Saba Qamar, winner of the jury's best actor award for Bunty I Love You this year, approached him to do a little jig with her, he stayed put in his seat. Now that he's starring opposite Bollywood hotties Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra, what's a Saba Qamar?

However, our other export to India, Javed Sheikh, who played Shahrukh Khan's father in Om Shanti Om and is now cast as Ranbir Kapoor's dad in an upcoming film, was his usual friendly, chatty self. He complimented the only Indian performer of the evening, Sunidhi Chauhan. The melodious Chauhan sang a medley of her hit numbers, including Dil Dharke,' a slow cover version of the Runa Laila song that she had done for the Pakistani telefilm Anjuman. And while it was pleasant enough, we'd opt for Runa's tantalising original any day.

Light relief for the evening was provided by Ahmed Ali Butt and Vasay Chaudhry, who poked fun at Humayun Saeed, the eternal Casanova, for his many romantic interludes, and Mikaal Zulfikar for earning the best actor nomination every year - and losing. Well, this time round, he got lucky. He won for Subh Ka Sitara.

And Sadqe Tumhare got very, very lucky. The recently concluded serial, from Momina Duraid's production house, bagged 10 awards - a record of sorts - and ma-in-law Sultana Siddiqi (President, Hum TV) looked on proudly as daughter-in-law Momina scooped all the awards. This is one saas bahu who are perfectly in sync with each other, never mind the saas bahus of their TV serials.

As the star-studded evening came to an end at 2:45 am without any major hiccups, people left the Dubai World Trade Centre wondering (with anticipation) which international destination the Hum Awards would fly to next year.

Another article on Shashanka Ghosh's film which isnt BFB. I will be happiest if they replace Shashanka and get a better director for BFB.

Shashanka Ghosh's Next

Box Office India was the first to tell you that Shashanka Ghosh had put Battle For Bittora on hold as the script was not shaping up as hoped. Now we hear he has finalised his next script, which he will not make under Anil Kapoor Productions as many big corporate houses have shown interest in this script. It's a comedy but a never-seen-before kind of film. And if all goes well, the film will go on the floors in July. In all probability, Naseeruddin Shah will play the lead role.

Maybe Shashanka isnt directing it. Also I re-read the Mumbai Mirror article. It looks like both Sonam and Fawad will juggle BFB with other films. Hence the June date.
