'Anurag and Prerna' were definetily the most sweetest husband and wife.They have been in love ever since they worked together in the office.Love led them reach their destination;marriage.They love each other madly.But the normal fights were there in their married life also.On the previous day they had a silly fight.That hurt them a lot.After that silly incident they had not spoken to each other.They did not know how to break the ice.

Today is Diwali.A Diwali special party was going on in their house.
But Prerna was upset because of the fight that took place between them.
"Anurag must be really angry with me?How will i melt his anger?"
Suddenly she got an idea.
She opened her cup board and picked up the red saree he bought for her during their honeymoon.Red is his favourite colour and he has always fallen for her when she wore the red saree.
She wore the red saree and looked at the mirror.
"I hope Anurag will become happy seeing me in this saree".
She went out of the room.
Anurag's eyes followed her.She did not look at his face.But she enjoyed the fact that he was looking at her and admiring her beauty.
She thought,
"I am sure that Anurag is really happy seeing me in this saree.He can't be angry for a long time".

Anurag was disturbed by Prerna's silence.
He thought,"Prerna must be really angry with me.But still she wants to stop this stupid fight.That is why she wore my favorite saree.She looks damn good also.She does'nt know how to end this fight.I will take the initiative".

To her surprise he called her name softly. "Prerna!"

Just one call of Anurag.She was melting.She became very emotional.But she controlled herself.

But she did not want to surrender to Anurag that easily.So she looked at somewhere else though she longed to look at his charming face.

Anurag took an anklet from his pocket.
He knew that anklets were Prerna's weakness.She has a good collection of anklets.
Prerna was surprised to see the anklet in his hand.

Anurag said,"Prerna..this is my Diwali gift for you.I don't know whether you liked it or not".
She was overwhelmed.
He lifted her saree a bit and looked at her face to know the reaction.She was stunned.She simply stared at him.

He put the anklets around his ankles.
He looked at her.She bent her eyes.
He said,"I am sorry Prerna".

She felt really upset.She felt very small in front of him.
He just walked away.
"Anurag is so sweet.He talked to me first without any ego.He gifted me a beautiful anklet.But I did'nt bother to talk to him because of my unnecessary ego.Ioor Anurag.

I should do something for him".
Prerna decided.

She went to the kitchen and made Kheer.
"This is Anurag's favorite".
She ran towards Anurag.
He looked at her.Slowly she smiled at him.
"Come inside.I have made your favorite Kheer".

He was surprised.

"Prerna...you made my favourite sweet?"

She smiled.

Anurag felt guilty.

"I thought you were having a stupid attitude".

"Anurag...let us forget our silly fight and enjoy this auspicious occasion.Come and have sweet".

She said with a smile.

He smiled.
"Will you feed me?.Then i will eat it.Kheer is sweet only when you feed me".
They both smiled.
They went to the dining room holding hands together.
Kheer was kept on the dining table.

Prerna fed him Kheer.He fed her back.
He smiled at her.
"Your Kheer was so tasty Prerna".
She smiled,

"Because I added my love in it".

With a smile he held her closer.

Prerna lit lamps.She was surrounded by small lamps.

It was a beautiful sight for Anurag.He kept looking at her.

He went towards her.

He held her hand and took her to their room.
He went closer to her.
"Do you know Prerna..?after our fight i could'nt stay peaceful even for a moment".

"Me too Anurag.We are so stupid to fight over silly things".

They both became very emotional.

He cupped her face in his hands.

"Prerna...you are sweet like the Diwali Kheer",he said it romantically.
She blushed.He pulled her closer.She was lost in that passionate moment.

Slowly she held him tight promising that she will not let any distance come in between them.
