How come mannu did not see his birth certificate? How come no one in the village or mannu's friends raised this topic?

How come mannu did not compare his parents wedding day and his birth date and asked why he was born before their wedding?

Yeh sab pata hota toh drama kaise hota. CVs ke saath jaitsar walon ko bhi amnesia hogaya hoga. Noone mentions or questions. Everybody knows who is mannu. Still ganga is made to pretend like its secret. And in all these years nobody mentioned it also.

Not sure about the birth certificate. How father's name will be mentioned for a adopted child - as a guardian or will bio-parents name be mentioned along with parents who adopt them?

If adopted, mannu may want to know more just like Shiv facing the same dilemma.

Mannu's friends were of Mannu's age so like Mannu they also doesn't know about Mannu not being Jagya's son.And all the credit goes to Mannu's friends' parents for not gossiping about Mannu in front of Mannu's friend's.One should be blessed to get such angel like villagers and neighbours...Edited by ExcuseMePlz - 8 years ago

About birth certificate-Jagya-Ganga didn't reveal their marriage year to Mannu. So birth certificate will not be an issue.Thank God their was no photographer in the temple when Jagya-Ganga got married otherwise Mannu would have got to know the truth seeing himself in the photographs.

🤣
poor boy would have wondered on seeing the photograph whether he was born to them before they got married.😔

Singh family is the first family of Jaitser and now all the people of Jaitser are good No gossiping; doosron ke phate mein taang nahi adaate etc
Mannu is MLA Jagdeesh ka beta Dr. Saab n Dr. Sahiba have done so much for the village and the people

Out of loyalty bhi koi nahi bolega waise bhi the need must have never risen for it and bekaar mein kyun bolna and hurt a family

Mannu's friends were his age; Mannu school mein father's name is Jagdeesh Singh

He was much young to remember his real bapusa and that family; Ganga mostly kept Mannu with her because of the bad in laws n the sauten; so he does not have any sort of bond jo yaad ho

Birth certificate Maybe he did not need one so never asked for it so must have never seen it

Maybe even JaGan might not have his birth certificate; Jagya ka beta hai school admission aise hi ho gaya hoga

Never seen Birth certificate so does not know about being born before ma bapusa ki shaadi; Also I don;t think JaGan might have kept the photos for all to see which had Mannu with them during shaadi; If and when the kids wanted to see they might have given of the two of them getting married

Nowadays birth certificate is a must and he is studying in Kendriya Vidyalaya. Adoption certificate may contain only date of adoption.

And Jagya and ganga are not celebrating their marriage anniversaries and the children are not at all curious when their parents got married even if it is in a temple?

Nowadays many children are so curious to know so many things about their parents, grandparents etc. They are also given projects like trace your ancestors as far as possible.

If mannu knows he is adopted, then it wont be difficult if they say your bio father wants to see you once before he dies. Unless he was told that his bio father is no more and his paternal grandparents are also no more.

The following documents are required to be produced in original along with two self-attested copies by the PAPs:

  1. Proof of identity(Voter card/PAN card/Passport/Driving License)
  2. Proof of address indicating residence in India exceeding 365 days
  3. Marriage Certificate
  4. Family Photograph
  5. Health certificate by a registered medical practitioner certifying that the PAPs are not suffering from any contagious or terminal disease or any such mental or physical condition, which may prevent them from taking care of the child
  6. Three recent postcard sized photographs of the adoptive family
  7. Two letters of recommendation from persons who know the family well
  8.  Such recommendations should not be from immediate relatives of either spouse
  9. If the PAPs are self-employed, IT statement for the last three years and if they are employed, Income Certificate from the employer also indicating the date of superannuation
  10. Financial statement, including copies of bank statement for the last six months, details of movable and immovable property owned by the family and details of loans taken by the PAPs
  11. Written consent of the biological and/or adopted child/children and if they are above 7 years of age
  12. Adoption decree, if the couple have adopted child/children earlier
  13. Divorce/legal separation decree in case of single PAP, if applicable
  14. Letter from close relative of single PAP stating that in the event of any unforeseen circumstance, the relative would take care of the child.

(It is clarified that infertility certificate is not required from the PAPs wishing to adopt a child)

Shiv, Amol and mannu are adopted. Each case is different and so the requirement of documents will also be different. Adoption is as difficult or as easy as getting a driver's license, ration card, voter id, pan, passport etc.

Children can be curious to know the date of their parents marriage but its not necessary for the parents to tell them. They can tell the date but telling the exact year is not necessary especially when they are trying to conceal the fact of Mannu's adoption then why anyone will tell Jagya-Ganga's marriage year!

But its true that its surprising none of the villagers ever revealed he is not Jagya's son not even accidentally. They got lucky probably. But now soon the truth will come out.

Mannu doesn't know he is adopted and thats the main problem in this whole track.Edited by ExcuseMePlz - 8 years ago
