Can Balika Vadhu make in top 10 hindi shows in next few weeks ?

As all of us know the BARC ratings have come and Balika Vadhu missed it just by 0.4 points. I feel Balika Vadhu really deserves to be in top 10 . It has already beaten Comedy Nights with good margin . Other serials like Sasural Simar Ka are very irritating with no good story in it whereas Balika Vadhu has this air of freshness in each of itz episode. Some of the reasons due to which I think Balika Vadhu is simply not making it are

1. We rarely see any promo of Balika Vadhu giving viewers a glimpse of current track whereas all other serials like SSK, Ashoka , Swaragini have continous promosin every break.
2. No repeat telecast, I don't know why there is not a single repeat of Balika Vadhu. People who miss it have to just miss that particular episode. Others have 3-4 repeats and comedy nights has n times of repeat.

I feel the channel is being highly unfair to BV. And I want this to change coz I believe if people know Colors today , it is just coz of Balika Vadhu. This serial has made the channel a hit.

If we go by baarc rating then producer of cid should get lifetime achievement award after 13 years 6.4 hats off.

IF ratings are unauthentic, check BARC official site. BV was no 7th amongst Colors and no it didn't beat Comedy nights in week 16, IF ratings are incorrect...CNWK got 4.7 tvr...IF got it all wrong...IF gave incorrect numbers for Matsh, CID, Aahat, YHM etc etc...YHM is not even in top 5! Anyways BV is the least deserving show on TV to get back in the top shows brigade...

Since the BARC ratings also add the viewers watching the repeats too !! And CID is on like 12 hours a day... :P

BV has good story? What a joke! It is no better than Sasural simar ka and other nonsensical shows on air...As for not promoting BV...around leap's time there were like 3 different promos for a single week! Colors does promote it now...Last year BV didn't get a single promo for MONTHS! If Colors is not airing BV promos anymore then well & good...this show and its makers deserve it for ruining a beautiful story...

So far BV did not get the help of nagins or ghosts. And BV has no shouting matches as to who will shout most.

BV has no love scenes where the hero and heroine are constantly at loggerheads and yet end up in loveydovey scenes after every one episode.

It has retained some sense so far. Of course it has its share of  some senseless scenes.

BV has shown unfiltered violence on TV which is unfit for 8 pm slot...too much of violent content which is well against the law and can land BV in trouble if someone complains...its biggest flaw : Dragging a dead story which should have gracefully ended without introducing cheap twists to grab eyeballs! BV shows that good people like Shiv & Anandi never get happiness in life...Good people will suffer and only suffer through out their lives...Anandi who already had a rough life before has to lose the man who was the reason behind her smile, she has to lose the man who brought back the colours in her life...No positivity!! How can it be better than the others shows around? BV shows evil winning over good, that is why AnSh had to get this fate...ppl like J & DS who have hurt so many ppl in the past get to live a happy life bt not AnSh...what kind of a msg is this? PS : If the PH can ruin a beautiful show out of their own choice then the CH can royally ignore dis pathetic piece of crap out of their own choice.Edited by -Palienigma- - 8 years ago

Why no one complained about violence in BV?
Because the violence is within acceptable limits.

Life does not end when one or two persons die or when one face difficulties. They are all integral parts of life. BV is like that for many of us and thats why it is still running.
