It was during Pune episodes after haunted house ones. He is with Tannu and Pragya calls him to say Daadis have arrived. He explains he has her name as chipkali because she is stuck in his thoughts.

I am not saying he should be bossy, Rishu but that is how their relationship is.
Also because Pragya was under disadvantage during earlier days and he thought she was the baddie, he ended up being so all the more. And by nature Abhi is bossy too.

Rishu, he meant chipkali not exactly as a lizard but as chip-Kali... Chipku is to get stuck..to get glued..
