Court passed a stay order to stop the release of 'Phir Se' (Kunal Kapoor-Jennifer Winget). 1 Writer accused to Kunal Kohli for stole her story idea widout her permission n giving any credit to her.

Kunal faced same kind of allegation for 'Fanaa' story idea.
