Average trailer, will make 55-75 cr I feel at max

though it's better than the first trailer, I still didn't get it 😕

This should have been the 1st trailer 

The first one was extremely over the top with gangster angle and guns blazing and this one is too slow and boring.  For some reason it reminded me of Casino, the Robert DeNiro movie.  Miracles can happen, but at this point I'm calling it a flop.  One of Byomkesh Bakshi level.  

Brilliant. This is what the first trailer should have been. Apart from the first trailer (which was going great till Karan showed up); everything else about Bombay Velvet has been spectacular.

The music, the songs ( Bheropiya and Dhadaam Dhadaam are love❤️), their videos and now this second trailer; its been a class apart. 

The visuals, the detail in each frame is stunning( maybe even surpassing that of DBB). The Mumbai they have created especially that shot of Bombay Velvet with two roads converging as one is just magical.

Coming to the actors, Ranbir and Anushka, take a bow. Both are walking away with the accolades this year. Ranbir was a little off in the first trailer but ever since he has been bang on. Both of them are walking away with serious accolades this year.
Karan is still horrible though, what made them cast him is beyond me. Imagine someone like Ronit Roy in this role. Ronit, Ranbir and Anushka would have torn the house down. It would have been insane.

Cant wait for the movie, first day first show booked.

Finally a good trailer for this movie...surprisingly KJo is STEALING the whole movie if this trailer is anything to go by...what presence in the scenes...especially those ones in the very beginning.


Anushka is looking totally washed out in this film😕...Ranbir's acting chops are solid as ever but this weird wig he has for this look in the film is definitely a turn off.


Styling deffo doesn't seem to be the movie's strong suit😕

Three days after the soft release of the music,we get another trailer ,with no songs.

Raveena is right,everything has changed.

The film was not supposed to be outim 3..it was visualized like a grand Broadway opera.

Bombay Velvet  and the grand obsession of a street thug for the famous opera singer was the theme.

The problem was that the music was very ambitious,so was the film and then they went and cast Anushka Sharma..It is like casting Meg Ryan for the Titanic or Pretty Woman.The songs were not working in the film with Anu performing to lyrics which are so evocative and passionate..neither is the romance angle between Johnny & Rosie.Anu being the reason for Bombay burning is laughable.

So the new trailer has cut down on the romance angle and Anu is not lip syncing too much..and  the trailer is not distracting..but still,it is too similar to OUATM

Roy and Besharam could have worked better with better female leads..this is something Ranbir has to be very careful about in the future.No he cant romance a 5 year boy LOL..he is not SRK!
