it means if I sell my property having value of 1 lakh , i will have to pay 40k to govt for all procedures , i will get only 60 k and usme bhi deal karne wale middle wale person ka 2-3% i will have to pay

i was watching news yesterday, china govt is upset from india because of obama s visit so sushma will go china and all

and saw he is doing something for kailash new way to go there.

and there i had heard before that this would be easier in terms of cost and distance. but guess what , it s good for nothing 🤣 

instead of doing all this improvement thing, he should reduce first basic cost of daily needs
