It's a mad mad world and we tell you, television actors don't have fans, but absolute fanatics.

And we love it. Many might look down upon Indian television shows and actors, but the world of social media has time and again proven that the masses are in complete awe of small screen soaps and celebs.

After Karan Singh Grover trending on Twitter for his alleged Qubool Hai controversy with Zee TV, since yesterday night fans of season 1 of Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha went on a tweet spree to trend the show worldwide. As we write this article the trend is still on with the hash tag #ThanksNaBoleTumSSN1.

So what could be the reason of this sudden outburst of love and admire for a show that has gone off air in 2012? One may remember that the serial produced by Sunshine Productions and commissioned by Colors hit massive popularity in season 1, starring Kunal Karan Kapoor and Aakanksha Singh.

It was pulled off air only to return with season 2 owing to massive fan outcry on varied social networking sites. Of course, the show had enough sequential meat to get back with a second installment.

However, soon the second season too was wrapped up owing to mediocre audience response and not so encouraging ratings.
Now, the reason for the current trend on Twitter is Na Bole season 1's launch date, which is 9 January, 2012 and it marks its anniversary. Hence, the shout out on Twitter.

One man who is immensely happy with all the love of the fans is Producer Sudhir Sharma: "It is amazing to see the show trending even after two years. And this is not the first time it has happened. Our show did trend earlier also. It's not all about numbers but the love of the fans, which is very encouraging. Right from the production to the actors to the writers; Na Bole Tum... Na Maine Kuchh Kaha is a show which is close to all our hearts and witnessing the response that we have received, it just shows that our hard work has been paid off."

On contacting Akanksha Singh, who essayed Megha, she expressed her happiness saying, "I am extremely delighted by the love fans have showed and the madness for the show and the characters. It is an out-of-the-world feeling and it is just because of them that the show has reached this height of success."

We asked Sudhir if Na Bole Tum... Na Maine Kuch Kaha season 3 is in the pipeline to which he responded, "As producers we would love to roll out the third season but this is a decision made amicably by the producer and broadcaster. So, if they agree, we would be more than happy to roll out season 3."

We tried contacting Kunal Kapoor but he remained unavailable for comment. However, he tweeted, "#ThanksNaBoleTumSSN1 thank u guys..wat an awesome way to start the new year with so much love..Happy New Year!!!"
