Or yes, maybe she was the only one available so she sat with him... I doubt it is forced because that would backfire as lots of people have actually rejected them as a couple and that would bring negative attention to Elli.
I'm not reading too much into why she is sitting next to him... but focusing on the fact that she is there 😊 Reason jo koi bhi ho 😆

I think sana might hv been not there for that moment.
