oh both and I have not been sleeping well so last night I took some meds to sleep and now this morning I can't wake up - to top it off I decided to get serious abt my weight this year - so signed up for a weight loss program online - its great but 4 days of no results and yes I know its early but still - and still struggling with the diabetes - finding time to exercise is so hard .

sleeping wise - we go through that phase every now and then, so don't take any med.
re. diabetes and weight - just eat healthy often but less quan.  

eat more fruit, salads and veg.   rotis without ghee, cut down on rice.   sabzi's with less oil.
