Indus Seals prove that Shiva and Shakti cult existed before advent of Aryan or Havan Culture. Now the names can be of some historical figure like shiva was some warrior king or something like Rama is seen as God Vishnu but true shiva and shakti cult is worship of natural forces or better say cosmos.
