Arjun is right. Whatever the reasons were, Khushi did deceive Arnav at some point in their lives. She has to come clean in front of him.

She has hurt him and she has to heal that.

Some things don't change. Khushi's forgiving heart focusing on Garima's remorse and not on the hurt that had been given by Garima. Arjun is so eminently sensible, guiding Khushi to speak with Arnav. Waiting to see what his reaction will be.
