Some BJP members are already showing discontent as they had to give up their accustomed constituency and make way for the Modi, rajnath, Jaitley and others. Sushma is miffed as her opposition to inducting corrupt leaders into the party went unheeded. It is a one man show.

lol namo didt say wikileaks said anything abt him. some idiotic delhi bjp fellows made posters without checking facts. wikileaks only mentioned something abt him being popular because ppl thought he was incorruptible. but foolish bjp workers thought assange said it ROFL

what do you mean "another lie"? the liar is kejriwal! he puts pictures of kenya slums and calls it a part of gujarat. Even i can take a picture of dharavi and say "look how horrible gujarat is" Thats what this idiot kejriwal has done. lies have been spread about namo since 2002! and he's destroyed every thing about him! modi ha not lied about any development facts of gujarat. lies have been posted about social indicators and debt levels. they fail to remember that social indicators like mortality etc has been reducing fastest even though it is not low enough currently. also debt is a source of finance. modi has brought 10 times more investment with only abt 1-2% more debt.

oh please, these small things don't matter. ramdev has already taken a u turn. The voters  are not micro analysts. they hate the congress and wont change their vote because of wikileaks or baba ramdev ROFL

its good that sushma has been shown her place. she along with jaitley and advani should be thrown out of bjp.

but I wont be voting for the bjp until they put subramanian swamy into Lok sabha. he exposed the 2g scam. There would be no anti congress wave otherwise, and hence no modi or bjp wave. problem is bjp is half sincere about corruption.eg  nitin gadkari Dead

Ramdev wants couple of seats for his chamchas ... since it's not happening, thus that outburst !

Sidhu's defeat was on the card from Amritsar constituency, nobody was happy with him ... so Jaitley Ji is there now ... Sushma's disapproval is no matter for party, people respect her for the seniority only, she can't even win a legislative assembly election from Delhi's Hauz Khas area, forget about Lok Sabha. For last 10 years she's been representing Vidisha seat, home of Shivraj Chauhan. I wish Sushma would have contest against Ajay Maken or Sibbal in Delhi, if she's so much popular or larger than the party.

most amusing part was Ashutosh ... that morron was part of Reliance owned TV18 group till January 14 ... disgusting ! Can't understand why the krantikari couple Khajdeep & Sleevless still in the TV18 ... they must join the new jubilliant circus !

Dada, two lots are extremely united in India. One, Media and two, Lawyers.

Just question one lawyer or his one looney act and all will be up in arms like men (& women possessed). In last few years lawyers have fought pitched battles even with Police & surprise-surprise...have even thrashed cops to emerge on top on most occasions. A few years back, because of one lawyer, entire bunch of Vakeels of Delhi fought with Police...(don't remember the details)...and a few months later this lawyer was caught writing obcene stuff in female washrooms! Lo & behold...yet again lawyers fought for him! ROFL

And pay attention to Media reactions. Infact, Kejriwal is not wrong, if you rephrase his charge as,"Some of the Media Houses act in a dubious manner and for interests of certain parties..."

Look at AAP's very own Ashish Khetan. Last 10 years UPA has come up with one scam after another of mammoth proportions. This guy has done so many sting operations against Modi, and yet, NOT ONE against UPA / Congress! Same is the case of Tehelka chaps! NDTV, CNN_IBN, IBN7 have been flogging the dead horse of 2002 Riots almost daily for last 12 years now!...AAJTAK used to be pro-BJP channel till Prabhu Chawla was there, now its unfairly tilted towards AAP, save Rahul Kanwal's dedicated hounding of Spam-nath Bharti.

As soon as you accuse any Media House of bias, they are up in arms because almost each one of them has skeletons in it's cupboards and they very well know, 'tomorrow it could be our turn'! LOL

** To give the devil his due, I think Arnab is not a dishonest guy. He is enthusiastic, he is loud, he never makes a bone about strongly and aggressively projecting his own takes on any issue ( a bit unethical...but still not corruption)...Its journalists like Rajdeep, Sagarika, Burka Dutt, Nidhi, various journalists of Rajiv Shukla's News 24 etc. who try posing as neutral journalists but reveal their agenda within no time!...Ownership of Media Houses is definitely an issue but Indian Media has reached a stage where it is indeed the proverbial Holy Cow...so no one will touch the owners or question their motives! And then ofcourse there are utterly dishonest journalists like Vinod Sharma of HT, Kumar Ketkar etc. who do not even pretend to have an open minded take on any issue and blatantly suck up to Congress!Tongue

saw this in telangana thread by a quote of krystals.. thought I'd reply here

lol that will always happen, but once namo wins, these fools like sushma and advani and jaitley will keep their mouths shut. rss was only pretending, modi is their last chance against extinction LOL

shiv sena can get abt 11- 14 seats but its tough with idiotic mns splitting their votes. Angry

His declaration to fight the elections directly against Modi in his chosen constituency was sure to get him coverage. He doesnt have much to lose if he loses the contest whereas its an all together a different ball game for Modi.

I wish Mr kejriwal had stuck to his responsibilities in the capital and gained more experience before jumping into the LS wagon.

With the multiple political parties in the fray the spectre of post result unholy alliances looms large. Without a clear majority the winning party could find itself in a very compromised situation.

Isnt there some way to restrict the number of parties that keep emerging? There should be only 2or at the most 3major ones at the national level.

unfortunately that's no laughing matter.

@genie=> yes, rural population is the problem. And kejriwal cuts into the urban/ semi-urban base that should have otherwise gone to BJP/ Modi. Delhi is a case in point. I am therefore not as optimistic about Modi's chances unless there's a vote for him that's of epic proportions that so far no opinion poll has picked up.

Actually, I think you're wrong here. Kejriwal of post-Delhi debacle holds his minimal sway only among the masses. As it is, a lot of people from AAP itself are getting disillusioned, even those from the core group like Kumar Vishwas and Shazia Ilmi. AAP's swelling candidature was all from riff-raff-rubble to big-guns who joined it just because "urrmm...its different and has no stated ideology and talks about corruption so why not? I need some extra-curricular activity too". Stern Smile

Jokes aside, the main part is that the urban class is no longer in his pocket after his daily shenangians. Delhi is an exception, but then a big chunk of the population are migrant working classes from neighbouring states.

Ass: Speaking of Bihar, how do you think an alliance with the LJP will turn out for BJP? Think it'll cost them the upper caste Bhumihar votes?
