And yeah, something's seriously fishy about the EC officials in Varanasi. They blocked three of Modi's rallies but are taking forever to act on Kumar Vishwas' complaint on booth-capturing by Congress.

To be quite honest, I can't help but be skeptical of the "development" plank. It's simply not enough for States where the BJP lacks a strong presence. Supporters don't always translate to ballots. In WB, for example, a lot of people want Modi at the Centre, but will be pressing Didi's sign at the booths since they don't want anti-CPIM votes to get divided.

The Delhi government has asked the former Education and Public Works Department Minister Manish Sisodia to vacate the two flats in which he has been staying for the past two and half months even after demitting office.

Sisodia has been asked to vacate the two flats-- 46 A and 49 A, in Pocket-B in Mayur Vihar Phase-II which were allotted to him during AAP government's regime and pay a rent amount of Rs 1,33,064 for staying in the flats between March 3 and April 30.

Sisodia is only emulating his role model Shri Shri-1001 baar Shri Kejriwal Ji, who too is coiled inside the bungalow he was allocated to as CM of Delhi:

In the end it will all come down to UP . A state which sums up everything that stands for Indian politics.

But that "Caste trick" by Modi must have rattled Maya. Amit shah would have made sure it got sufficient local emphasis . Time will tell if they will miss a leader like Kalyan Singh (not by credentials but simply for who he represented) to convert this wave into real massive wins.

Forget Varanasi or Amethi, the real contest is in Amritsar.
