Haryana Polls, Pretty blah statement. But he is trying to cater the massy votes!

Jaya and BJP will support Modi, they will gain more ground. Naveen is one of my fav CM ever. 272 is very achievable.  Bihar, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, UP, Gujarat and MP are all big states voting for BJP . There is no way they will under-perform or let AAP have any inroads their .
See  AAP is basically under cutting Cong votes and the so called minority parties like SP and BSP. I can live with that.

Biggest loss is for Nitish Kumar, the man was projected as the 3rd alternative, sadly this AAP wave has made him invisible. He might regret moving out of NDA.

Another, heard AK made some announcement about corrupt leaders, Rahul got a shout out and Modi was left out. I say they might do a pole vault and support BJP post the elections.

He's really going haywire. Till now, he was targeting mainly the urban and youth populations. Never uttered a word about caste, Dalits or rural welfare. Now he's suddenly desperate to grab that one. Not good at all...AAP looks all set to fizz out.

@Krystal
He did a stunt in Delhi too when he visited the Muslim clergy.

I feel he is sacrificing his social media  credibility and class base for a wider  massy voter base. Haryana is his best bet, and there Khaps do influence a lot, especially the rural and farmer vote. This can either backfire or work in his favor.

Mr Bird!!
So much for investment, Rajasthan Govt led by BJP rejected the FDI in retail, the same step taken by Arvind. Care to elaborate?

He'll be giving up a lot just for one (or two, if you count Punjab) States. He's sacrificing the baby for the bathwater. This will cost hin popularity even in places which yielded him maximum cadres and funds pre and post Delhi polls, e.g., Karnataka and Maharashtra.

@ charming:

bjp during its tenure in government raised fdi in many industries.

here there is no need for fdi in retail as it will mean ruination of many small businesses. not so in the case of other sectors where bjp lifted the fdi cap on.

^^FDI in retail will benefit poor farmers, however.
