yes check by elephant with the moves of cannon, but it is still not checkmate...because the queens are on the forefront...

but interestingly queens are on one side, the black king's queen is not shielding him enough, so the check is on black king, white king and queen secure with the help of black queen, but black elephant and cannon with black king against white queen...
