He knows that Jai Ho is not creating the enough buzz, hence price down to sell it more. Anyway people won't spending fortune to watch this movie. It's a safe strategy. If it gets good collection then he can boast that " Look you don't need to hike the ticket price to score good BO collection" and it fails then he could say that due to reasonable ticket price the movie couldn't manage to collect more money.

i too think that's the reason for not having high prices for Jai Ho. Jai Ho barely has any buzz... If it weren't for IF i woulddnt even know that it's coming out...
