I know its really silly to even question the ages of anyone in the show, but doesn't this mean that Najma is only 18? 

The fire happened on her first birthday, no?

But she has completed her college and everyhthing?

And Nikhat is younger than her, sooo...not even 18 yet? 
And everyone was so worried about her getting married!
