How to give a white stroke as well as glitter border against a text?
In the above tutorial first try to get the normal white stroke. After that create an empty layer and merge your text layer with that empty layer. The whole thing converts into an image including your stroke. Now try to repeat the stroke process again on the merged layer. but this time make it with glitter (pattern). You will have the white stroke in between your text and glitter border. 😊
