The Episode starts with Kumud meeting everyone as the time has come for her to go back home. Kumud hugs everyone and cries. She takes their blessings and looks at VC. He asks her to think again, and he won't care about anyone if she says she won't go. She asks him to not to worry and takes his blessings. Pramad asks her if they can leave. Everyone looks at him. Kumud signs to VC not to tell Pramad anything. VC tells Kumud that this house is always open for her. Pramad tells Kumud that if she wants to spend more time with her family, she can stay back.DB goes and introduces herself to Pramad adding that she stays her because her husband was a bad man, as he left her when she was pregnant.
DB continues that she had to bear everything for the sake of marriage, but when he committed a theft in their own house, she handed him over to the police, he was in jail for 15 years and she remained here, adding that VC gave her respect and the right to take decisions and also took care of her and Kumari. Badimaa taunts Pramad showing the importance of girls in their house. She stresses that she did not gave birth to Kumud, but she has her values. If anyone hurts her self esteem, she won't think twice, because she has the courage to fight for herself against anyone👏👏 After saying this,DB does Pramad's Aarti and smiles. She does the tilak while he looks on. She asks him if he would not touch her feet. Pramad just bends a little and asks Kumud to leave.
Kumud greets DB and smiles. Everyone looks on. VC worries for Kumud. Pramad and Kumud are on the way. Some goons stop them midway. Pramad asks them why they have stopped him. The goons ask him to give them everything he is wearing. But Pramad argues with them. They beat Pramad. Kumud gets out of the car and they catch her too. They ask her to give her jewellery. She asks them to leave Pramad and gives them the ornaments. They ask her to give the Mangalsutra. She is hesitant, but seeing Pramad, she gives it. Saras comes there and catches the Mangalsutra Kumud has thrown !! Kumud is shocked to see him ! Saras keeps the Mangalsutra !
Meanwhile,Budhidhan talks to VC on phone. VC tells him that he asked Kumud not to go as she would be safe in my house. Budhidhan is shocked and asks him not to worry. VCr talks to him indirectly telling him that he does know Pramad's true nature and asks them to have an eye on him. Buddidhan offers to tell all about Kumud's lifestyle when he comes there but VC tells him that Kumud herself will tell him about her welfare. Budhidhan understands that Vidyachatur came to know everything about Pramad. He tells his wife everything. Alak wonders why Kumud's family agreed to the relation. Kalika hears this and smiles.
Saras fights with the goons. Pramad falls on the car and does not fight. Saras beats all of them. They run away. Pramad gets up and looks at him. Saras picks up Kumud's jewellery from the ground. Pramad sees him giving those back to Kumud. Pramad asks Saras what he wants to prove and taunts that he understands everything and that it was his dad who sent him.He adds that Saras did all the job and hence he was not needed anyways and he leaves,Saras and Kumud standing on the road.
Guniyal is worried about Kumud and discusses about her with DB and VC. But DB consoles her and VC says that Kumud is adamant, but her decisions would always be right. Kusum offers to go to Kumud's place,for a few days to give company to Kumud. They agree.
Saras looks at Kumud and gives her the Mangalsutra. She takes her Mangalsutra and tells herself that she would always wear this as it will denote her relation with Pramad and adds that it is a promise to her mum, herself and to Pramad.
