shahi - royal
Tauheen - insult
there was also another word for insult used recently that I don't recollect ...be-something

RED:

may be you meant BEADABI or BEADAB?

means disrespect or improper behaviour.

In another post saw some confusion regarding PRATIKAR... in the context of what Jodha said, she meant retribution or more colloquially, take revenge ...BADLA lena ...
'hum pratikar kyun karenge?'

Dear All,

Sorry for having butted in (or should I say tashreefed in 😃) like this.

But had to congratulate smile.sara

Thank you 😳
You have come up with a very unique concept.
I hope to learn more about the language from this thread.

went through all the 12 pages and loved the discussions, help and fun flowing freely.

so
dakhalandazi ke muafi mangte hue thodi BEADABI ki 😳

aap sab iska Pratikaar karna chaahe toh humm bina kisi virodh ke usse sweekar lenge 😊

Bandhi means kaneez or daasi but generally bandi is more like maid

I think milkiyat means property..

I guess they sey iqbal=blessing

I looked up the internet for istaqbal

(v. i.) To meet and give salutations.
(n.) Mourning.
(a.) Great.
(v. t.) To address with salutations or expressions of kind wishes; to salute; to hail; to welcome; to accost with friendship; to pay respects or compliments to, either personally or through the intervention of another, or by writing or token.
(n.) Greeting.
(v. t.) To accost; to address.
(v. t.) To come upon, or meet, as with something that makes the heart glad.
(v. i.) To weep; to cry; to lament.

I think they say iqbaal.. may he achieve great heights, I'm not sure of the exact meaning
