u r right...
he said   "QAUM"...my nation...my people...particularly ...mughal clan...bec FIL os sukanya was saying bad about Mughals particularly... Mughal is ethinic community ...like rajput...mughall...
whole mughal empie  or all muslims in his empire are not MUGHAL

Qaum (Arabic: , Urdu: ) or Nation may refer to a community of people who share a common language, culture, ethnicity, descent, and/or history. In this definition, a nation has no physical borders. However, it can also refer to people who share a common territory and government (for example the inhabitants of a sovereign state) irrespective of their ethnic make-up.[1][2] The proteanword Qawm is of Arabic origin, and is used to refer to any form of solidarity.

sorry for late reply

wazir means minister...

normally...priminister was the highest administrative rank after maonarch... but it is called ...

WAZIR E AZAM

...here they use word

wazir e Aala..

chief minster

now come to wazir e alia...alia is used for female ...she is referred as wazir e aalia...as she doesnt have perticular minnistry...she is more like the ... adviser of emperor with the title and authorities of minister...
since as she is the only female minister in court and mother figure for shahansha...jalal made him the status of wazir of salatanat

Kaum in the Indian context mainly refers to community imo.. that's how it is generally used.
