Hello my dear forumwasis,

How are you guys doing? Lots of festivals lining up. It's The best time of the year. Since its a weekend aur Monday abhi dooor hain, kyun na kuch gupsshup kare. So we have seen our Amu eating tubs and tubs of ice cream when she is sad or angry. So my question to you all today is what do you guys do to beat stress, anger or sadness. Chalo chalo ache bachon ki tarah yahan par post karo how do you beat stress, anger or sadness.Edited by Akafan - 10 years ago

arrrey waah.. kya topic daala hai nita... this topic itself is a stress buster .. KUDOS..👏

hmm... me ... dont think me crazy when i tell you this.. wen i m upset, the best thing i opt is to cry my heart out so that i feel light afterwards. Par muje rona nahin ata aise hi.. rone ke liye pata hai mai kya karti hun..?? Mai amit ke wo Yellow shirt wale scenes... wo scene jab ammu ne divorce ki baat boli... wo jab flight waale din amit ne kaha, " mai apko akhri baat toh apke ghar chhod hi sakta hoon naa" mai ye sab scenes recall karti hoon... try to imagine and feel amit's pain... aur muje rona aa jata  hai... khoob roti hoon aur  mann halka ho jaata hai...

anger management: i have a best idea for it.. jab muje kisi par gussa aye toh mai api imagination me us person par gussa nikal leti hoon.. saves my blood... 

another way.. i watch movies... visit this lovely forum... DANCE..  i love dancing.. superb stress buster for me... 

i hope maine itna lamba reply likh kar apko stress me nahin daal diya... 😆

Nice post Nita 😃 I am a very short tempered person, angry most of the time. I shout loudly when I get angry, but the good thing is i calm down very quickly too. I listen to music and I forget all my anger and sadness. Music is my love and my life.

whenever am in stress or in whatever mood i listen  songs. 
 it gives me so much relief.Anger jitni jaldi gussa aaati hai utna jaldi katam bi ho jaati hai. i just forget about  the things which disturbs me rather i prefer to do things which makes me happy

for me firstly muze zyada ghussa aata hee nahee...i am very smily baby...
agar aata bhee hai to i share it with my best friend,listen music...instrumental one{to ghussa shant ho jata hai}...n dancing i love to dance{best stress buster}...and last but not the list is cooking...i love to bake cake... ghussa yuuu chu mantar ho jata hai...

same dear...i also prefer to do small small things which makes me happy...tu to badi cool hai yaar..😉
