Rey: Leader by word and deed, role model, charmer, stud, dashing - a few words that used to describe D3's "main lead" as they put it - a guy with an attitude but a guy with a heart, who loved and made friends, irrespective of any social differences - in fact the first steps taken towards unifying Team D3 were his initiative. And look where he stands today - fingers pointed at him as being the sole cause of all the disenchantment, troubles and ills that ail the team today. Why so? Bcoz for a change he decided to - or rather the script writers decided - he would go quite a bit off character - become naive, insensitive to the feelings of his buddies, think of all the good he is intending for his friends rather than all the damage that he is doing to their ego, and their confidence. It is one thing to be naive but it is another thing to be insensitive - is this a rebound on the heartbreaks that he has faced - he has shut his mind but he is still alone and lost, basically isolated and all this experience is a journey in coming of age as much for him as for the rest of the team, who seem to be doing a better job of it, albeit becoz they are that - a team - together for whatever reason, perhaps common cause but is Rey to blame for Adi Khurana choosing him for a star launch ...dunno, but isn't he to blame for taking it for granted that the team will tow his line just so that he is guilt free about it...
Sharon: Compare that to the answer given by Sharon to Adi Khurana yesterday when he approached her for an exclusive contract. She was not aware of the boys hearing the convo but her answers spoke for her..why couldn't Rey have done the same in the first place ??? well, without digressing from the topic...coming to Sharon ...crossroads is what best describes her state right now - love on one side, friendship with a two-pronged edge on the other ... two-pronged coz Rey is there and so is the team!! She knows Rey enough to know he wouldn't leave the team stranded by himself, but at the same time she knows her team is right and showed the right amount of fortitude to stay by them when Adi placed a temptation before her...but I don't get one thing...Gautam Raiprakash ki beti ko koi popularity ka temptation kyun dega...she is not some wannabe to fall for it is she??? What is more worrying is the dilemma she faces between Swayam and Rey, she cannot take the side of one without feeling that she has left out the other even when they are on two separate pedestals - she knows Swayam trusts her enough but that does not let her get away with the fact that she cant take it for granted ... she has to be in his shoes to realize that which she soon will (as per predictions) but how far apart are Rey and Swayam gonna go based on this issue and what is Sharon gonna do in terms of damage control will show how much this entire track has contributed towards the growth of her character
Swayam: Which leads us to Swayam...Adi Khurana's biggest stumbling block right now, who he had perhaps undersestimated for long but who is gonna bring out the sly, sleek manipulator in him fully to the core...Swayam like Sharon needs to fulfil multifaceted responsibilities...basically being the backbone for the team (a thankless job most of the time in his case) being the foremost - it is wonderful the way Swayam's character has shaped up till now and hopefully the momentum will be sustained till the end...Swayam the lover and Swayam the buddy have made respective promises to maintain their relationships without letting the one affect the other, but is it as simple as that ? he is a man of his words, and will not react to any provocations I believe but will his silence or rather lack of reaction end up spelling a doom for any one of the relationships that he holds dear to his heart - well only time will say
This track has given us what has been the best storyline so far and the entire team and Adi Khurana have been awsum in their respective enacting of it...as I said earlier, hope this sustains throughout and we find a reasonable, logical and fair finale to it, whenever that be...
