How does Arshad have right to the baby...If its jeevika's egg and viren's sperm how does Arshad have right to the child at ALL! She is a surrogate to the baby and the only connection to the baby is the fact that it will grow in her uterus. Arshad has no right especially if his own wife agreed to this, might be different is she was an unwilling participant but not to the point that he can CLAIM the baby.
And if they actually went to court, for some unknown reason, like the case could EVER sway to the surrogate. Because Virika are the biological parents!
I know that is is a serial and it might not even go this far but like COME ON! There isnt even much time for show left and they are showing unreasonable scenarios!
And is this truly part of the Law system of India? Out of sheer curiosity...??? Not to be rude or anything this is absolutely absurd...😡
