I think the reason they were 3 threads was because RK shaved and Chikni posted the pics, you know the ones right Chikni, the day before. So they were taunting the fact he is clean shaven again and were happy.

But we put a spin on it because the posts were celebrating RK becoming kameena again and refusing to fall into Sultan's plans. So in a way they were taunting the mustache and goatee is not there but at the same time they are celebrating RK becoming a challenge for Sultan, calling him Chikna Kameena, So in a way it's good because we all know they can't argue with Chikni and win.
