Jodha's behaviour ! - Page 4

this is starting to feel less like jodha akbar historical fiction and more like a 'pride and prejudice' remake. as much as i relate to elizabeth bennet aka jodha here, she's a harpy. its usually very entertaining but sometimes it borders on irritating- just like most of ektas 'new age' female protagonists. they have no sense of etiquette or respect, just a haughty sense of self-righteousness and undignified self sacrifice thats almost borderline attention seeking behavior. there is no dignified sacrifice- they make sure to cry their woes enough time so that everyone around them knows how sacrificing they are and touts them as such. jalal behaves exactly like mr darcy. his pride blinds him at times to the most obvious of facts- y would jodha do such an idiotic thing infront of her parents? and if she didn't then who did? jalal my dearest shes bound to you by religion and honor. she wont cross the line. any trouble you have with our princess will be domestic and strictly inside her harem. she gains nothing from your public humiliation other than a bad name for hindu rajputs. look towards the others who are causing genuine trouble.
