Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback is taken. The coveted prize goes to Sanjay Leela Bhansali who has convinced the actress to take a break from full time motherhood to shimmy to a special dance number in his much hyped and much delayed magnum opus 'Ram Leela'.
Though Bhansali's camp refused to confirm the news, sources close to the development told TOI that an elaborate set is being erected at Reliance Media Works, Film City for the glamorous return.
"Aishwarya will be shooting for 10 days and the shoot starts on August 26. Bhansali plans to wrap it in the first week of September and it will also mark the end of the film's shooting," said the source.

Sources told TOI that it took some time for Bhansali to convince the Bachchan bahu and Aishwarya kept him waiting before finally saying yes to the proposal. This will be Aishwarya's fourth film with Bhansali and the two share an excellent rapport. And that comes as no surprise as Bhansali's films, be it Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam , Devdas or Guzaarish, have garnered her much critical acclaim. The number will mark the end of a two year long hiatus and buzz has it that Aishwarya beat Madhuri Dixit and Priyanka Chopra to the prize. A source in the production house said that the producers of the film were keen on Pee Cee but Bhansali rooted for his blue-eyed-girl and eventually won out.
