finally Tulasi agrees to go n see her mom in jail

At jail hospital, Bhuvana holds Thulasi's hands and says, "Thu...Thulasi..I left you for your own good..unaku..unaku oru...you..you have a twin..twin..sis.." and passes out before giving any details.

Scene shifts to old days were bhuvana in hospital for delivery.. 

In the same hospital a rich lady also admitted for delivery:-):-)

It is VR's wife and while Bhuvana gives birth to twins; VR's baby dies.😈
